Domingo Alvarez is the managing principal of Alvarez & Mendoza, PA. Domingo has over thirteen years of public accounting and industry experience. Prior to founding Alvarez & Mendoza, PA, Domingo served over one year as the Controller for the largest Florida-based commercial real estate advisory firm. In his role, Domingo was the overall authority for the financial operation of the organization and thirty managed commercial properties.

Prior to joining the commercial real estate advisory firm, Domingo was an auditor with the audit firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Miami, Florida. During his four years with the firm, he worked on clients of various sizes and industries. His clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to local or middle market companies, while his industry experiences included Not-for-Profit Higher Education, Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Audits of Employee Benefit Plans (401k), and Transportation and Warehousing Logistics. His more significant clients included Nova Southeastern University, Panalpina Worldwide Logistics, Edwin Watts Golf Shops, Inc., Cordis (a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson), and Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines.

Domingo has a Bachelor’s Degree of Accounting and International Business and a Masters of Business Administration from Florida International University. Domingo is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Florida.

Rosaline Mendoza

Rosaline Mendoza has over eight years of public accounting and industry experience. Prior to founding Alvarez & Mendoza, PA, Rosaline served for two years as Financial Reporting Manager for North American Title Group, Inc. (a wholly owned subsidiary of Lennar Corp.)

Prior to joining North American Title Group, Rosaline was an Acting Manager with the audit firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in Miami, Florida. During her five years with the firm, she worked on clients of various sizes and industries. Her clients ranged from Fortune 500 companies to local or middle market companies, while her industry experiences included Not-for-Profit Higher Education, Telecommunications, Construction, Retail and Distribution, Manufacturing, and Transportation and Warehousing Logistics. Her more significant clients included Stetson University, Vector Group, Ltd. (a public company), AT&T Latin America, Cartier, and Cordis (a wholly owned subsidiary of Johnson & Johnson). In addition, Rosaline was a Senior Auditor with the audit firm of Grant Thornton LLP in Miami, Florida for two years. There she had the opportunity to work in various industries such as Distribution and Non-For-Profit Entities.

Rosaline has a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida and a Masters of Accounting from Florida International University. Rosaline is a licensed certified public accountant in the state of Florida.
